摘  要:161例新生儿肺炎急性期和恢复期的 IgG、IgM、IgA 测定结果,差别无显著性,但与60例脐血(对照组)的测定结果相比,IgM 在新生儿肺炎组显著增高,在恢复期有持续上升趋势。结果支持IgM 是新生儿最早自身合成的免疫球蛋白的理论,可作为新生儿肺炎诊断的指标之一,提示有感染性疾病的存在,也是为严重感染性疾病的免疫疗法提供理论依据。We determined the IgG,IgM and IgA in acute and recovery stage among 161 cases.The resultindicated that the difference between two stages were not significant(Chi Square value 2.6846,1.5838 and 0.1737,respectively,P>0.05).Compared the immunoglubulin level observed with thatin control group(60 cases of umbilical cord blood),it showed that the IgM was not only increasedmarkedly in acute stage of neonatal pneumonia,but also continue to rise at recovery stage.The resultsupported the theory that IgM is synthesized by patients at the early stage after infection.Thus IgMmay indicate the infection in neonatal period as well be an objective lab indicator for neonatalpneumonia.It also gives a support to immunoglubulin therapy in the case of severe infection.
