健延龄对肿瘤放疗病人的抗放升白细胞作用(附52例随机分析)

摘　　要：自1991年3月～7月,我们对健延龄的抗放升白细胞作用进行临床观察。试验组和对照组按病种随机配对26对,放疗前两组的外周血白细胞均数比较无统计学差异,放疗后的试验组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结果表明,健延龄具有一定程度的抗放升白细胞作用。From March 1991 to July 1991,we observed the effect of traditional chinese medicine,Jianyanling on anti-radiation and leukocyte increase.Fifty two patients was divided into 2 groups:the experimental group and the control group,and then into 26 matched pairs according to classificationof diseases.Before start of radiotherapy,we compared the mean white cell count in peripheral blood ofthe 2 groups and did not find significant difference between them.After the radiotherapy,the whitecell count in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The result indicates that Jianyanling has a certain effect on anti-radiation and raising of whitecell count.
