摘  要:以35例白血病患者骨髓新鲜原代培养细胞为材料,采用自身对照法,观察 RA、TPA 对细胞生长、形态、功能的影响。结果表明,RA 能诱导 M_(3~5)型和 CGL 型白血病细胞的粒系分化,但以 M_3型为著。TPA 能诱导各型非淋巴细胞性白血病细胞向巨噬系分化,但以 M_4型和 M_5的表现更明显。此外,RA 还对细胞的生长有维持和促进作用。The primary cultured bone marrow cells from 35 cases of variety of myelogenous leukemias were used to study the effects of RA and TPA on the morphology,growth as well as cellular function ofleukemia cells.The results showed,in comparision with the untreated self-control samples,RA wasable to induce the myeloid terminal differentiation of M_3,M_4,M_5 and CML leukemia cells,of which theM_3 cells were sensitive at the best.TPA induced all types of leukemia cells except M_1 to differentiate tomacrophage-like terminal cells,of which the M_4 and M_5 cells were the most predominant.Furthermore,a maintanance and promotive activity of RA on the cell growth was also observed.
