摘 要:在寄生虫病的血清学诊断中 ,常用的虫体抗原有纯化难、制备有限和部分交叉反应等缺点。以重组蛋白作为诊断抗原具有特异性强、敏感性高、制备简单和易纯化等优点。本试验以EMA-1基因重组蛋白为诊断抗原 ,用 EL ISA方法对延边地区马巴贝斯虫病进行了血清学调查。结果表明 ,该地区马巴贝斯虫病的血清阳性率为 3 4.2 % ( 3 8/ 1 1 1 ) ,而血涂片染色镜检法的阳性率为 1 3 .5% ( 1 5/ 1 1 1 ) ,两者之间差异极显著 ( P <0 .0 1 )。不同牧地和不同年龄被检血清阳性率之间未见显著差异。Genetic recombinant protein as diagnosis antigen were characterized by its specificity,sensitivity,simplicity.At the same time, helminth as diagnosis antigen were characterized by its difficulty of purification, preparation and portion across reaction in helminth disease of blood serum diagnosis.Babesiosis equi serum epidemiology investigations in yanbian area were using the EMA-1 genetic recombinant protein as diagnosis antigen by the ELISA. Our results suggested that the Babesiosis equi blood serum positive rate was 34.2% (38/111) in this area, while the positive rate was 13.5%(15/111) by blood smear dyed with microscopic examination,Two methods were difference with high significance(p<0.01). We didn't find significant diversity between different pasture and different age of animal blood serum positive rate.
