苏尼特羊妊娠后期限制饲养对其羔羊初生重的影响

摘　　要：基于妊娠后期胎儿生长最快的特点 ,本研究在妊娠期90天将45只平均体重为 (41.45±3.81)kg、体况中等、胎次为1～2的苏尼特经产妊娠母羊随机分为4个营养水平组 (0.20、0.33、0.44、0.86MJME/kgW0.75/d) ,研究在妊娠后期 (90 -150天 )不同限制程度饲养能量水平对羔羊初生重的影响。结果表明 ,不同饲养能量水平导致4组羔羊平均初生重分别为2.801、3.375、3.698、3.666kg,其中后3组羔羊初生重间无显著差异 (P>0.05) ,而0.20MJME/kgW0.75/d组显著 (P<0.05)降低其初生重。在限制饲养期间 ,不同组别母羊净失重不同 ,依次为11.13、7.23、4.42、0.93kg,分别占妊娠期90天各组母羊净重的27.9 %、17.9 %、11.3 %和2.4 %。可见在妊娠后期母体失重达到试验开始时母体净重的17.9 %时 ,仍不影响羔羊初生重 ,达到27.9 %时仍能完成妊娠 ,这表明苏尼特羊对低能量是有很强的适应性的。In this study,forty five Sunit pregnant ewes in their second or third parity,average body weight of(41.45±3.81)kg and moderate body condition in their90th day of pregnancy,were randomly allocated to four dietary treatments during late pregnancy(90～150),i.e13-0.20,12-0.33,9-0.44and11-0.86MJ ME/kgW 0.75 /d,respectively with the aim of studying the effect of different restricted feedˉing energy levels on the lamb birth weight of Sunit ewes.The results indicated that the energy level ofˉfered to the ewes during late pregnancy had effect of their lamb birth weight,and there were no difference(P>0.05)in birth weight(3.375,3.698,3.666kg)between treatments(0.33,0.44,0.86MJ ME/kgW 0.75 /d)but only the treatment(0.20MJME/kgW 0.75 /d)could resulted in significant(P<0.05)lighter birth weight(2.801kg)than other three treatments.The results also indicated that during late pregnancy the lower the level of energy offered the more the average maternal net body weight lost with the values of11.13,7.23,4.42,0.93kg maternal net body weight lost,respectively for treatments(0.20,0.33,0.44,0.86MJME/kgW 0.75 /d)and the ratios of maternal net body weight lost to the maternal net body weight at the initiation of the experiment were27.9,17.9%,11.3%,2.4%for the four treatments,respectively.In a word,during late pregnancy Sunit ewes with moderate body condition have the potential to mobilize17.9%of their initial maternal net body weight to prevent the growth and development of their fetuses from being retarded.Although the treatment(0.20MJ ME/kgW 0.75 /d)led to the significant lighter lamb 收稿日期:2002-06-05 birth weight,the ewes could even mobilize27.9%of their initial net body wieght to carry the fetuses through to parturition successfully.The results above implied that Sunit ewes could abapt to lower energy intake during late pregnancy well.
