清脂肝三联针穴位注射治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎30例

摘　　要：目的 :观察清脂肝三联针穴位注射治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的临床疗效。方法 :穴位组30例用清脂肝三联针 (复方丹参注射液、盐酸川芎嗪注射液、板兰根注射液 )穴位注射。对照组20例不使用清脂肝三联针穴位注射。两组患者均给予血脂康、葵花牌护肝片、维生素E等治疗。结果 :穴位组治愈24例 ,有效5例 ,无效1例。对照组治愈5例、有效8例、无效7例。穴位组治愈率80 %、总有效率96.7 %,明显优于对照组治愈率25 %、总有效率65 %,P<0.01。两组患者经过4个月治疗后 ,穴位组血清ALT治疗后与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较 ,差异均有显著性 (P<0.01) ,两组患者血清TC治疗后有明显下降 (P<0.05)血清TG治疗后显著下降(P<0.01)。两组患者脂肪肝治疗后B超检查变化比较 ,穴位组脂肪肝治疗后与治疗前及对照组治疗后 ,差异均有显著性 (P<0.01)。结论 :清脂肝三联针穴位注射治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的疗效 ,且明显优于单用祛脂保肝等药物的疗效。Objective:To observe the effects of trigeminal injection of clearing away fatty liver for treating non-alcoholic fatty hepatiˉtis.Methods:30patients in injection group were injected with the trigeminal injection of clearing away fatty liver(compound tanshinane injection,hydrochloric ligustrazine injection,banlangen injection),and other20patients in control group did not.Both groups were identically given with xuezhikang jiaonang,hugan tablets,vitamin E and so on forth.Results:In injection group.24cases were cure,5cases effectiveness and1case ineffectiveness,while those were5,8,7respectively in the control group.The cure rate(80%)and the total effective rate(96%)in the injection group were obviously superior to those(25%,65%respectively)in the control group(P<0.01).After4months treatment,there was significant difference in serum alanine transaminase(ALT)in injection group before and after treatment,and so it was between the two groups(P<0.01).The serum total cholesterol and triglyceride in both groups decreased remarkably than those in the pretreatment(P<0.05,P<0.01respectively).The difference on B-ultrasound examination of the fatty liver in the injection group was significant comparing with that in the injection group preˉtreatment and the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The curative effect of trigeminal injection of clearing away fatty liver for treating non-alcoholic fatty hepatitis by point-injection is obviously superior to that in only with other medicines of protecting liver by expelling fatty.
