摘 要:为解决V10 0 3型机车调速故障和机车备件短缺等难题 ,提出以电子调速器替代V10 0 3型机车机械式调速器的改造方案。用微机控制螺线管电机 ,再由螺线管电机控制柴油机高压泵齿条 ,从而实现内燃机车的电子调速和无级调速。 17893#等机车电子调速的改造经柴油机台架试验和装车运用 ,表明调速系统各项技术性能指标符合V10 0 3型内燃机车运行要求。The reforming design of replacing mechanical governor for V1003 diesel locomotive by electronic one is proposed to solve the problems of spare-part shortage and failures happening frequently.The operating principle is that the diesel engine's injection pump rack is controlled by a solenoid motor which is controlled by microcomputer.Therefore electronic and stepless speed regulating can be realized.The bench test and field loading test for the reformed electronic governors show that every technical performance index of the speed regulaing system meets the operating requirement for V1003 diesel locomotive.
