摘  要:目的 :提高病人办出院手续的满意度。方法 :应用PDCA循环 (计划、实施、检查、处理管理循环模式 )进行办出院手续病人管理 ,实施前后进行问卷调查。结果 :病人满意度由实施前的 14 .5 %上升至实施后的 72 .2 %。结论 :应用PDCA循环管理 ,对提高病人办出院手续的满意度起到了一定的作用。Objective: to enhance the satisfaction degree of inpatients while they were conducting discharge procedure. Method: PDCA (plan, do, check, action) cycle has been carried out in patients while they were conducting their discharge procedure. All selected patients were asked to fill out questionnaire both before and after the cycle implementation. Result: the satisfaction degree of patients toward discharge procedure was elevated from 14.5% to 72.2% after the PDCA cycle implementation. Conclusion: PDCA cycle management may enhance the satisfaction degree of inpatients towards discharge procedure to certain extent.
