摘 要:采用接枝淀粉填充PVC的方法制备微生物可降解PVC薄膜。对接枝单体的选择、混合接枝单体的配比量以及接枝率对拉伸强度、断裂伸长率等力学性能的影响进行了实验研究并用红外光谱和扫描电镜验证了淀粉上接枝聚合反应的存在。结果表明,在淀粉与PVC的重量比为40/100时,选用重量比为2/3~3/2的甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸丁酯的混合单体接枝到木薯淀粉上,在接枝率为13~23%(重量)时,可以得到力学性能优良的微生物可降解PVC薄膜。Biodegradable PVC film with grafted starch could be prepared. The effects of different grafting monomers, ratio of mixed monomers and graft degree on mechanical properties such as tensile strength,elongation at break were investigated. The graft copolymerization on starch was verified with IR and SEM. The results showed that the biodegradable PVC film with good mechanical properties could be obtained when cassva starch/PVC ratio was 40/100, the cassva starch was grafted with a mixture of MMA and BA(weight ratio was 2/3—3/2)and the grafted degree was 13~23wt%.
