参麻益智胶囊对血管性痴呆大鼠脑组织单胺递质含量的作用

摘　　要：目的　探讨参麻益智胶囊治疗血管性痴呆的有效性及其作用机制。方法　通过 Wistar大鼠颈内动脉注入凝血栓子的方法 ,制作多发性脑梗死的动物模型 ,将实验动物分为六组 (高剂量组 ,中剂量组 ,低剂量组 ,阳性药对照组 ,痴呆组 ,正常对照组 ) ,分别测定大鼠脑组织单胺递质的含量。结果　痴呆组去甲肾上腺素含量明显降低 ,参麻益智胶囊具有升高痴呆大鼠脑组织去甲肾上腺素含量的作用。其他神经递质间差异不明显。结论　参麻益智胶囊治疗血管性痴呆的机制与其提高脑组织内去甲肾上腺素的含量有关。Objective To prove the validity of Shen Ma Beneficial Intelligence Capsule on the treatment of vessel dementia and to explore its mechanism. Methods Wister mice arteria carotis intema were injected cruor embolus to make animal model of cerebrum multi-infarction. The mice were divided into five groups: high-dosage group, middle-dosage group, low-dosage group, positive drug control group, dementia group and normal control group. The content of monoamine medium in cerebrum was measured. Results The contents of noradrenaline in dementia group were significant reduced. Shen Ma Beneficial Intelligence Capsule could increase the noradrenaline contents of mice cerebrum. Conclusions The mechanism that Shen Ma Beneficial Intelligence Capsule treats vessel dementia was related to increase the contents of noradrenaline in mice cerebrum.
