摘　　要：由于信息技术对数字图书馆组织结构的影响 ,数字图书馆的组织结构呈现服务、技术、管理“三明治”式三层格局 ,本文分析了这一类型的组织结构 ,并阐述了基于该结构的人力资源开发对策。Because of the impact of information technology,the organizational structure of the digital library presents sandwich type pattern includeing service,technology and management.The article analyze the organizational structure of this type,and explain the human resources development strategies based on this structure.
