孔雀球虫种类的调查

摘　　要：调查了昆明动物园、楚雄动物园、云南省林业厅野生动物救护中心的蓝孔雀(Pavocristatus)、绿孔雀(P.Muticus)、杂交孔雀227只240次,鉴定出2个属7个种:曼德勒艾美球虫(E.mandali)、梅氏艾美球虫(E.pavonin)、绿孔雀艾美球虫6(E.muvica)、帕氏艾美球虫(E.patnaili),孔雀族艾美球虫(E.pavonin)、孔雀艾美球虫(E.pavonis)和拉氏等孢球虫(Isosporalacazei),其中绿孔雀艾美球虫和帕氏艾美球虫是国内新发现。孔雀球虫的总感染率是88.75％。通过比较寄生于蓝、绿、杂交孔雀的球虫种类和感染率,认为孔雀艾美球虫种宿主特异性不强。We investigated the coccidia speces and their infection of 227 peacocks including indian peacock (Pavo cristatus),green peacocks (Pavo muticus)and cross-breed preed peacocks 240times in Kunming Zoo、Chuxiong Zoo and the Wildlife Conservation Center of Yunnan Province. We found. 7 species coccidia:Isospora Lacazei,Eimeria mandali E. mayurai, E.mmutica, E. pavonina, E. pavonis,and E. patnaiki. The finding of E. patnaiki. and E. mmutica is a new record of China. The total infection of peacock is 88. 75%. The 6 species of Eimeria infect the all species of peacock. Thestructures and the sizes of the same species from different species host are the same. We consider that the host species of the Eimeria of Peacock is not single.
