摘 要:目的: 了解工业噪声对火电厂噪声作业职工听力的影响,为噪声作业治理提供科学依据。方法: 对华北地区的8个火电厂,按照GB16152—1996职业性噪声聋诊断标准及处理原则,对暴露于Leaq≥85dB噪声作业场的3312名职工进行听力损失调查。结果: 3312名职工听力检测发现有865人有听力损失,占26.1%,伴语言频率区听力损失的357人,占10.8%,其中感音性聋286人;高频听力损伤的783人占23.6%。结论:电厂噪声引起听力损失,一般首先累及高频,随着暴露于噪音时间增加可逐步累及语言频率,对听力的影响以高频听力损失为主,语频听力损失以轻度多见。Objective To study hearing loss of workers under industrial noisy condition in thermal power plant and to providescientific foundation for controlling operation noise. METHODS: operation site with industrial noisy level≥ 80dB and 3312 operators wereinvestigated for hearing loss in thermal power plant according to the National Standard GB16152-1996 Occupational Noise DiagnosisStandard and Disposition Principle pending. Results: 865 workers were found suffering from hearing loss, accounting for 26.1% of the totalinvestigated. Among them 357 were hearing loss in language frequency area accounting for 10.8%, 286 were sensorial deafness;783 weresuffering hearing loss in high frequency area accounting 23.6%.Conclusion: General speeking ,workers exposed to noise in thermal powerplant, first get hearing loss in high frequency area. Then, longer time expose to noise will cause hearing loss in language frequency area.Hearing loss in high frequency area who exposed to noise in thermal power plant are primary ,hearing loss in language frequency areaare minor. hearing loss in language frequency area are mild.
