摘  要:目的 :研究二磷酸盐 (BP ,一种骨吸收抑制剂 ) ,对大鼠快速上颌扩弓后腭中缝骨质重建的影响。方法 :对 6周龄SD雄性大鼠 66只进行快速上颌扩弓实验 :快速扩弓 1周、保持 4周、复发 4周。在保持期大鼠接受 5种不同的处理 ,分别为 :保持 4周不注射BP组 (R4)、保持 4周注射BP 1周组 (R4B1)、保持 4周注射BP 2周组(R4B2 )、保持 4周注射BP 3周组 (R4B3 )、保持 4周注射BP 4周组 (R4B4) .分别在扩弓结束、保持结束、复发结束时处死大鼠 ,制作脱钙骨及不脱钙骨切片 ,计算 5种处理方法大鼠扩弓后的复发率 (RR)、矿化沉积速率 (MAR)、破骨细胞数量 (ON)。结果 :R4与R4B1的RR、MAR及ON差别无显著性 ,R4B2 与R4B3 的RR、MAR及ON差别无显著性 ,但R4、R4B1与R4B2 、R4B3 与R4B4之间差别有显著性。结论 :BP确实能抑制骨吸收 ,快速上颌扩弓后机械保持配合BP注射 ,能减少扩弓的复发率 ,但注射BP必须控制在一定的剂量范围内 ,剂量过大反而对矿化产生一定的障碍。Objective:To investigate the effects of bisphosphonate(BP),an inhibitor of bone resorption,on the remodeling of the rat palatal suture after rapid expansion.Method:66 SD male rats of 6 weeks old were used for rapid palatal expansion treatment. The palatal expansion treatment consisted of active phase(1 week)、retention phase(4 weeks) and relapse phase(4 weeks). The rats received 5 different treatments during retention phase.These were retention four weeks receiving no BP injection(R 4)、retention four weeks receiving one week' BP injection(R 4B 1)、retention four weeks receiving two weeks' BP injection(R 4B 2)、retention four weeks receiving three weeks' BP injection(R 4B 3)、retention four weeks receiving four weeks' BP injection(R 4B 4).The rats were sacrificed at the end of expansion 、retention and relapse. Undecalcificated and decalcificated bone sections were made. The relapse ratio(RR) 、the mineralization apposition rate(MAR) 、 the number of osteoclasts(ON) were calculated.Result:The RR、MAR and ON were not significantly different between R 4 group and R 4B 1 group,So did R 4B 2 group and R 4B 3 group.But there was significantly different among R 4、R 4B 1 groups and R 4B 2、R 4B 3 groups and R 4B 4 group.Conclusion:The injection of BP after rapid expansion,if combined with mechanical retention,may produce more secure retention by inhibiting bone resorption.But the inhibitory effect of BP was dose-dependent.
