摘　　要：本文以哈工大图书馆为例,探讨了手机短信息增值业务系统的结构以及手机短信息在图书馆如何开展增值业务。The article introduces mobile phone short message and the application in library, illustrating with hit (Harbin institute of technology), probing into structures of the system which realized the incremental business of mobile phone short message and how to develop the incremental business of mobile phone short message in library.
