摘　　要：面对城市老龄化加剧的实际情况,在以下诸多方面做了详细的分析:老龄化产生的主要原因;养老社会化是时代与社会发展的大势所趋;老龄化城市特征的几个方面;老年人特点;老龄化与未来城市建设.通过对以上各方面分析,研究了老龄化对未来城市发展的影响,提出了未来城市建设需针对老年人的特点,满足老年人的需求,为城市的可持续发展提供保证。By reviewing the major causes for aging, inevitability of social care for aged people, characteristics of aged people, aging and construction of future cities, the effect of aging on the development of future cities are discussed. It is suggested that future cities should be constructed with the special needs of aged people taken into consderation so that their requirements can be met for sustainable development.
