布袋式覆土栽培草菇试验研究

摘　　要：报道布袋式覆土栽培草菇的试验总结。结果表明 ,选取棉质布袋或含棉混纺布袋 ,采用 18%～ 4 8%稻草混合 78%～ 4 8%的棉籽壳作培养基 ,并覆以 2～ 3cm厚塘泥土 ,生物学效率可高达 4 7% ,且转潮快 ,长成的菇体质量上乘。The experiment of Volvariella volvacea cultivation by cottony bag medium with cover-soil was reported in this paper.The result showed that selecting cottony or cottony with synthetic fiber bag,using the medium of 28%-48% straw and 78%-48% cotton seed shells covered by fish-pond soil of 2-3cm,It could achieve 47% higher biological efficiency,with better product quality and shorter harvest intervals.
