摘　　要：韶钢炼铁厂通过抓好精料工作、提高入炉品位和炮泥质量等一系列措施,首先在4号高炉取消放上渣操作,取得了良好的效果.Iron making without discharging the cinder-notch slag has been first made possible in the No.4 BF at SISG by using beneficiated materials to increase the charge grade, and employing high-quality taphole clay. Good results have been obtained, and the process is to be applied to other BFs.
