摘　　要：对隔膜碱蒸发结晶系统中的冷却工段在整个系统中的作用进行了分析,同时对冷却器中搅拌器的材质和搅拌速率、冷却器的冷却温度分布、冷却器中物料的停留时间等因素对NaCl结晶的影响进行了讨论,提出了促进NaCl结晶粒度增大的一些建议和方案。The role of cooling procedure in the whole system of evaporation and crystallization of diaphragm caustic soda was analyzed.Some factors influencing the crystallization of sodium chloride,such as the material and rotation speed of the stirrer in cooler,the temperature distribution of the cooler and the residence time of materials in the cooler,were discussed.Some suggestions and plans were put forward to promote the increase of the size of sodium chloride crystals.
