摘　　要：分析了尉氏县盐业局立足本地实际,分流职工到乡镇接管食盐供应站,开展以盐为主,跨行业经营的做法和效果,为河南盐业运销企业深化改革、减员增效探讨出一条新途径。Based on the local reality,Weishi County Salt Industry Bureau diverts staff to manage edible salt supply stations at village and town levels.They engage in diversified businesses with salt as the main sector and has explored a new way of deepening reform and increasing efficiency by streamlining staff in salt distribution enterprises.
