摘  要:制备了用于选择性氧化乙二醇制备乙醇酸的Pt -Bi/Al2 O3 、Pd -Bi/Al2 O3 催化剂 ;考察了负载金属催化剂的含量、氧气压力及反应温度等条件对目标反应产物催化性能的影响。试验结果表明 ,Pt -Bi/Al2 O3 催化剂比Pd -Bi/Al2 O3 具有更佳的催化性能 ,于 343K及 30 0kPa氧气分压等条件下 ,在含Pt 2 0 %的Pt -Bi/Al2 O3催化剂体系中 ,乙醇酸的收率可达到 93 6 0 %。Pt-Bi/Al 2O 3, Pd-Bi/Al 2O 3 catalysts were prepared and utilized for the selective liquid phase oxidation of glycol to glycolic acid. The effect of loading Pt, Pd content value, pressure of oxygen and the reaction temperature on the catalytic properties were investigated. Experimental result shows that the Pt-Bi/Al 2O 3 catalyst has much better catalytic properties than that of Pd-Bi/Al 2O 3 catalyst, under the condition of 343?K, 300?kPa oxygen patial pressure and 2.0%Pt-Bi/Al 2O 3. The yield of glycolic acid reaches as higher as 93.60%. The optimum reaction conditions of this green oxidation reaction are thus determined.
