摘　　要：利用过程用能“三环节”方法 ,对己内酰胺装置三效蒸发能耗进行热力学分析 ,找出用能的不合理之处 ,并以过程用能“三环节”思想为指导 ,应用大型化工流程模拟软件PRO/Ⅱ对三效蒸发工艺进行流程模拟 ,寻求最优化的操作参数 。By making use of “three-link” method which is quite practical in analysis of process energy consumption of triple effect evaporation in caprolactam Plant, the faults in energy consumption were found. The chemical process simulation software PRO/Ⅱ is utilized to find the best operating parameters and to decrease the energy consumption.
