摘　　要：从流变学和纤维的固化过程两个方面介绍了影响高速纺锦纶 - 6纤维生产的空调冷却丝室工艺。结合实际 ,详细分析了影响侧吹风风温、风湿、风速的因素 ,并从空调系统设备的维护和改造。This article introduces the influence of air-conditioning cooling-room process on the high-speed spinning fiber formation from the approaches of technology and solidification process of fiber. It analyzes in detail the factors that affect the temperature,humidity and speed of the side quench air, and put forward some effective measures from equipment maintenance, improvement and technology optimization of the air control system.
