摘　　要：介绍了胜利油田近年来在分支水平井领域的进展情况,结合分支水平井的试验应用情况,着重介绍了胜利油田分支井工程设计技术、分支井系统、钻井液技术及塑性水泥固井等情况,并提出了下一步的研究方向。This paper presents the advances of multilateral drilling techniques in Shengli oilfield in past few years. Combined with the tests of multilateral horizontal drilling, a series of techniques are detailed, including multilateral well design, drilling fluids and plastic cement, etc. Meanwhile, the further research realms are presented also. 
