摘　　要：分析了塔河油田侧钻短半径水平井的难点,详细介绍了该油田侧钻水平井施工措施和注意事项,并以TK406CH井为例,介绍了该技术的现场应用情况。该油田20余口干井和老井的测钻施工表明,侧钻短半径水平井技术对干井或老井挖潜具有重要意义,值得进一步推广应用。The paper analyzes difficulties during sidetracking shortradius horizontal wells, and introduces the operations and considerations in detail. The Application of this technology to well TK406CH is presented. Field Applications in 20 wells show that this technology is of great significance for developing potentials of dry and old wells, and it is worthy of popularizing.
