黔黄303AB的选育及其主要性状表现和遗传特性

摘　　要：甘蓝型黄籽双低油菜新不育系黔黄303AB是选用双低油菜品系8904的可遗传黄籽雄性不育突变株,对突变株后代采取连续兄妹交保持和可育株自交分离纯化方法,结合夏繁加代定向培育而成的隐性细胞核雄性不育两用系。其种子为土黄色或姜黄色,杂种粒色表现为母体遗传;不育性受2对隐性基因控制。其不育性稳定而彻底,恢复源广;农艺性状较好,品质性状优良,种子芥酸含量低于1%,硫甙含量35μmol·g-1左右,含油量45%左右,蛋白质含量26 36%。是开展黄籽优质杂交油菜育种的优良不育系。The yellow peel new sterile line Qianhuang 303AB with low erucic and glucosinolate in B.napus was bred from the inherited male sterile mutant plants of 8904.In order to gain the subordinate nucleic male sterile two lines,all these methods are adopted to the descendants of mutant plants,continuous sib-sister crosses to maintain,continuous self-crosses to separate and purify and increasing generations in summer.It is characterized with soil-yellow or bright-yellow seeds,hybrid seed-color controlled by two pairs of subordinate genes,stable and complete sterility,wide restorer lines, good agriculture and quality characters,low than 1% erucic content, about 35μmol·g^(-1) glucosinolate content,about 45% oil content,26.36% protein content.It is a good sterile line for breeding of quality hybrid rape varieties with yellow peel.
