摘　　要：在分析沿海地区建筑外墙常见渗漏的特征、外墙雨水渗透的动力以及外墙抗渗性能对比试验结果的基础上,提出了外墙防渗漏基本原理,介绍了其在新建住宅外墙防渗漏工程和外墙疑难渗漏问题治理工程中的应用。On the basis of analyzing the features of commonly-occurred leak problem in exterior walls in coast area,seepage force of rainwater in exterior walls and comparison test results of permeability in ex terior walls,the article proposes a basic principle of seepage prevention of ex terior wall s and introduces its use in newly-built residence and treatment f or tough leak problem in exterior walls.
