摘 要:本试验运用稳定性核素N示踪技术,研究郁金香在全生育期中吸收氮素规律及不同供氮水平对植株氮素累积的影响。结果表明:郁金香全生育期对氮素的吸收利用主要是土壤氮和植株氮。生长初期郁金香种球以向根叶输送体内储存氮为主,到开花期根叶花的全氮量及体内肥料氮的吸收量和利用率达到最大值。随后将其吸收的氮素向新种球转移,并促使新种球至结球期有74.8%的氮素在此时段获得。可以认为在现蕾期施以适量的氮肥较为合适。The rule of nitrogen distribution and the effect on nitrogen accumulation with different dose of nitrogen fertilizer in the whole period of the tulips growth by the technology of 15N labeled tulips was studied. The results are as follows: the exploitation of nitrogen uptake mainly made use of soil nitrogen &plant nitrogen on the whole growth stage. The root leaf of tulips was mainly depended on the tuber nutrition during the incipient growth. The amount of total nitrogen uptake and nitrogen fertilizer absorbed and the supreme exploitation efficiency of nitrogen fertilizer in the root leaf flower on the efflorescent stage were the largest. The nitrogen of the root leaf flower began transferring to the new tuber and 74.8%of nitrogen in the new tuber was obtained on the new tuber maturity stage. That may fertilize the suitable nitrogen fertilizer on the bud stage.
