摘　　要：论述含马兜铃酸中药与西药马兜铃酸,以及单味含马兜铃酸中药与其复方的关系,建议对含马兜铃酸中药进行多学科综合基础研究,提出含马兜铃酸中药的不良反应监测、质量控制途径与方法,争取在国际范围内逐步用AAN来取代CHN。This article expounds the relationship between Western medicine with aristolochic acid (AA) and AA - containing Chinese herbal medicine as well as that between a single Chinese herbal medicine and the compound prescription of Chinese herbal medicines, both of which contains AA respectively, and suggests that multidisciplinary, comprehensive basic research on Chinese herbal medicines with AA should be carried out and the approaches to and methods for the monitoring and control of untoward effects and quality of AA - containing herbal medicines be put forward. And efforts should be made to substitute AAN for CHN.
