摘 要:将不同细度的煤矸石、纯硅酸盐水泥分别按30%和70%的比例混合,测其胶砂流动度、净浆标准稠度用水量和3d、28d胶砂抗压强度。以宏观性能指标为z轴,水泥与煤矸石的中位径D50之差为x轴,水泥与煤矸石混合样的中位径D50为y轴,进行三维区域图分析。给出各项性能指标发展趋势与水泥、煤矸石的相对位置以及混合体系总体细度的相互关系。The coal gangue and cement samples that have different fineness were mixed in proportion of 30%and 70%. The mortar strength of coal gangue cement at age of 3d and 28d,mortar fluidity and the water requirement of normal consistency of the coal gangue-cement paste were tested. Origin software was used to make tri-dimension picture, in which macro property was enacted as z axes, the difference between D50 of cement and coal gangue enacted as x axes, D50 of coal gangue-cement mixing sample enacted as y axes. The relationship between the developmental trend of macro property and the difference between D50 of cement and coal gangue and D50 of coal gangue-cement mixing sample. The best particle size distribution matching of cement and coal gangue was given.
