摘　　要：等效益面生产函数是一个崭新的概念,在此基础上可以推导出增长速度方程,在分析该方程的经济涵义之后,就可以建立测算经济增长中管理贡献率的方法和系统平均值的求法。据此,可以对我国九五期间工业经济增长中的管理贡献率进行测算,并对结果进行分析。Equal efficiency curved surface production function is a new concept,from which increasing speed equation can be derived. After analyzing the economic of the equation the paper propses, the calculating way of the contribution rate of management in economic growth and the sysrem average, which can measure the contribution rate of management in Chinese indutrial economic growth during the Five - year Plan and analyce the subsequent result.
