摘  要:主要研究了试验工况对循环流率的影响以及系统的压力平衡变化。结果表明:在双级料腿循环流化床中,与常规的循环流化床相比,循环流率的规律没有发生变化。系统中存在着两路的压力平衡。对气固两相的稳定、定向流动起关键作用的是通过脱氯床层的阻力。通过理论推导得到了二级料腿内脱氯床阻力的计算公式,为双级料腿循环流化床垃圾焚烧炉提供了重要的设计参数和运行依据。Experiments were carried out in a lab-scale double-dipleg circulating fluidized bed (DDCFB) to study effects of experiment conditions on re-circulating rate and pressure balance. The results show that the principle of re-circulating rate does not change compared to conventional CFB. There are two pressure balances of circulating loop in the DDCFB. The resistance of de-HCl bed is the key control parameter. By regulating the parameter, it can be realized to make the solids and gas directed and steady flow. The formula calculating the resistance of de-HCl bed in the second dipleg is presented by theoretical derivation so that the important design parameter of DDCFB for waste incinerator is offered.
