摘　　要：简要分析了LM135系列精密集成温度传感器的特性及工作原理,重点研究了LM135在测量温度、热电偶冷端温度补偿及镍镉电池快速充电器中的具体应用,并给出了相应的电路设计方案。上述电路可用于数字仪表和特种电源等领域。The principle and performances of LM135 series precision integrated temperature sensor are analyzed. Its application in temperature measurement, temperature compensation for the cold-end of thermocouples and fast charger of nickel cadmium battery are investigated. Corresponding circuits are given. The circuits are designed for the digital meters and special power supply sets.
