摘　　要：一种新兴的国际贸易方式即绿色贸易呈迅速发展之势 ,并必将成为国际贸易的主流方式。绿色贸易不同于绿色壁垒。在现有国际绿色贸易条件不健全、我国环保标准过低、环境法规不完善的条件下 ,应引导企业通过ISO14 0 0 0系列认证 ,同时加强法制建设 ,放开排污权交易 ,以期推动我国绿色贸易的发展。A newly emerging mode of international trade, namely ,the mode of green trade, presents a rapid development trend. It will become a mainstream mode in international trade. Green trade differs from green bulwark in nature. Under the cases of present unsound system in international green trade, the low standards of environment protection and imperfect environment provision in China, it is necessary to lead the enterprises to accept the recognition of system ISO 14000 and strengthen the legislation construction and lift the ban of filth disposal trades so as to promote the development of green trade in our country.
