摘　　要：研究目的:明确城乡生态经济交错区农地流转的机理过程与流转参与者的角色,探讨进一步深入农地城市流转决策的研究区域。研究方法:PSR机理分析。研究结果:(1)农地城市流转的机理过程主要包括驱动力、流转过程、状态和影响等内容。(2)探讨性地提出交错区农地城市流转决策研究应努力的方向。The purpose of this study is to show clearly the mechanism of land conversion from agricultural use to non-agricultural use and analyzes the actors' behavior, and presents some issues which need to further lucubrate. Method used in the paper is pressure-states-response. The results indicate that driving forces, conversion process, state and effects should be included to the land conversion mechanism, in which conversion decision is the key .In the end we discuss the trend of the research on the land conversion decision.
