摘　　要：本文从现行档案概念、现行档案与现行文件、非现行文件的区别和联系、以及我国档案形成理论和归档工作特色等方面 。The present paper, based on the concept of “Active archives” and its distinctions and relations with current records, non-curent records, as well as the formation theory and characteristics of archives in China, makes an attempt to emphasize the necessity and rationality of current archives.
