摘　　要：通过对乒乓球运动特点和发展规律的探讨,进一步加深了对本项目特点和发展规律的理解和掌握,为提高科学的教学、训练水平,培养高水平人才提供借鉴。The study of the features and the development rules of the table tennis,can further deepen the understanding and the master of the rules and development mentioned above. And it can provide the suggestions for a scientific teaching,tranining levels and as well as the cultivation of high-level and talented players.
