摘　　要：二里冈下层地层普遍叠压郑州商城内城墙,内城存在大量洛达庙文化遗存及其宫殿基址,郑州商城内城应建于洛达庙类型的晚段,郑州商城郭城建立于二里冈下层一期。Because the stratum of the underlayer of Erligang culture pressed the inner rampart widely , and there were lots of relics of Luodamiao phase and the foundation sites of palace in the inner city, the inner city ought to be founded at the late phase of Luodamiao type, and the out city should be founded at the first phase of the underlayer of Erligang culture.
