摘 要:飞机修补胶是一种可在较低温度固化具有耐高温性能的环氧酸酐型胶粘剂。该胶在100℃固化3h,常温剪切强度为30 6MPa、175℃剪切强度为12 8MPa、板剥离强度为4 1kN/m、蜂窝剥离强度为3 3kN/m;具有良好的耐介质浸泡、耐热老化、耐湿热老化等综合性能。该胶对表面采用不同方法处理的多种金属和非金属材料均有较好的粘接强度。在-60℃~175℃范围内,用于板-板和板-芯各种胶接部件的修补粘合。In this work, the adhesive used for aircraft repairing consists of a modified epoxy resins and anhydride curing agents. It could be cured at low temperature and applied at high temperatures. Full cure of this adhesive is achieved in 3h at 100℃. The single lap shear strength (metal-metal) at room temperature is 30.6 MPa, 12.8 MPa at 175℃.The climbing-drum peel strength at room temperature is 4.1 kN/m (metal-metal),3.3 kN/m (honeycomb). The cured adhesive has better resistance to liquid media immersion, heat and heat-humidity aging. Most metals and non-metals can be bonded with high bond strength even though their surfaces are treated with different procedures. It can be used to bond metal sheet-sheet and skin-honeycomb core and its serving temperature is from -60 to 175℃.
