带螺纹90°弯管注射模的设计

摘　　要：抽芯机构在塑料模具中占有很重要的地位 ,同时它也是塑料模设计的难点 :它直接关系到开模和制品的脱模。该文介绍了抽芯机构的分类和设计要点 ,并以带螺纹 90°弯管模具设计为例 ,指出了制件中两个型芯之间运动必须相互协调 ,才能避免干涉和互锁 ,使模具实现抽芯和制件顺利地脱出 。The machine with drawing core has an important role. At the same time,it is very difficult in die designing process. Because it effects directly open die and demould. The design method of drawing machine was introduced. Taking the mold design of 90° syphon as an example,the movement relation of two cores is explained. Only is the movement harmonious,it can avoid interference and mutual lock,so the die can realize drawing core,and the parts smoothly leave. At last the eligible product is made.
