摘 要:对中温固化湿法缠绕成型用树脂体系进行了筛选,加入促进剂后可以在100℃下完全固化,树脂浇铸体力学性能优良,与碳纤维湿法浸渍后,单向复合材料具有良好的力学性能,同时进行了150mm容器的湿法缠绕制造,其综合性能达到国内先进水平。The epoxy resin formula suitable for the manufacture of pressure vessels with wet fiber continuous wound was optimized by experiments.Results showed that the epoxy resin could be cured at 100℃ as an accelerator was put in the curing system and the cured resins had perfect mechanical properties.With this epoxy resin system as matrix resin,a wet-impregnating unidirectional carbon fiber composite was obtained and it had good mechanical properties as it was cured. In addition,this formula of epoxy resin systems had low viscosity and long-life-time,the matrix had strong interfacial adhesion to the carbon fiber and of the 150mm diameter wet-filament wound pressure vessel had the same performance with that from abroad.
