摘　　要：介绍了我国建设项目“三同时”管理制度的技术支持工作——“三同时”验收监测,分析论述了“三同时”验收监测的性质与作用。Introduce the rules and regulation of the construction project environment protection management in China, and environmental monitoring for the examination and acceptance of the construction project, witch provide the technical information for the construction project environment protection management- This article discussed the nature and role of the environmental monitoring for the examination and acceptance of the construction project too.
