高校政治辅导员队伍建设的探析

摘　　要：本文研究高等学校政治辅导员队伍建设的若干问题 ,通过分析高校学生教育管理工作面临的新形势、新任务和高校政治辅导员现状 ,提出了探索有效机制、加强队伍建设的若干意见。Some problems about the staff construction of political instructor in universities are analyzed through the analysis of the new situation and task in students' education and management and the present situation of political instructors, some suggestions about exploring the effective mechanism are put forward.
