国内废旧书刊纸(CDOP)脱墨工艺条件的研究

摘　　要：本文对国内废旧书刊纸(CDOP)脱墨过程以及其主要工艺参数对脱墨浆纸张性能指标的影响情况进行了实验室研究,实验结果表明:在脱墨体系浆浓1%,脱墨温度为50℃,保温时间为30min的条件下,实现CDOP脱墨的适宜脱墨工艺条件为NaOH2%、Na2SiO34%、脱墨剂用量0.5%。另外,我们还对保温温度、保温时间以及碎解时间对脱墨效果的影响作了较为深入的研究。In this paper, some experimental studies about deinking of CDOP have been carried out.We found that,with definite deinking conditions of consistency is 1.0%and treatment time is 50min,the other optimum deinking conditions are as below: temperature is 80℃,sodium hydroxide is 2%,sodium silicate is 4.0%and TM-1 is 0.3%. at the same time, we also studied the treatment temperature, the temperature retention time and the break time deeply.
