摘　　要：分析了冰箱内腔结构特点及生产工艺要求 ,设计了框架式立体冲裁模 ,利用机床液压系统 ,用油缸作为原动力 ,用框架作为支承体 ,采用侧冲、斜冲结构 ,解决了毛刺方向朝外的问题。The structure characteristics and technological requirement of the inner cavity of the refrigerator were analyzed. A frame_typed solid blanking die for forming the inner cavity was designed. With the adoption of the hydraulic system of the machine tool, with the oil cylinder as the prime mover and the frame as the support, and by using the means of side blanking and slanted blanking, the problem of burrs directing outwards was solved.
