摘　　要：分析了HC吸尘器上盖塑件的结构特点 ,介绍了成型该塑件的注射模结构 ,重点介绍了在排除型腔抽芯的可能性的情况下 ,实行2次顶出的结构设计 。The structure characteristics of the top cover of the HC cleaner were analyzed. The structure of the injection mould for forming the top cover was introduced. Without the possibility of core pulling in the mould cavity, two_time ejection structure for the mould was designed. The working process of the mould was stated.
