摘　　要：通过对圆坯Φ2 70mm断面 34Mn6钢的特点及存在问题的分析 ,研制出适应圆坯大断面中碳高锰钢浇铸要求的专用保护渣 ,工业试验和应用结果表明 ,研制的BY - 8渣完全能够满足包钢圆坯大断面中碳高锰钢的生产要求。Through analyzing traits and problems of production of 270mm 34Mn6 round billet, we made a sort of special mold flux suitable to medium-Carbon and High-Mn steel. Results of industrial test and production application show that BY-8 flux can completely meet production requirement of Baogang.
