摘　　要：黄河小北干流经过近30多年的治理,目前已初步形成了防洪体系,逐步显现出巨大的经济效益和社会效益,但仍存在一些不容忽视的问题,本文针对治理工作中存在的问题进行了探讨,并给出了相应的对策。After more than thirty years' work on harnessing the main stream from Yumenkou to Tongguan reach of Yellow river, an elementary flood control system has come into being. Enormous economic benefits and social returns have been noticeable progressively. However, some existing problems can't be ignored. Concentrating on the existing problems of the river reach, this paper carries out some beneficial research and gives the countermeasures.
