摘　　要：在编辑校对工作中经常使用计算机软件解决稿件中常见的字词句错误和政治、民族、宗教等问题。虽然利用计算机软件能使编辑、校对工作摆脱低层次、琐碎的重复劳动,但在使用过程中也有一定的局限性,完全依赖计算机软件校对的结果就会导致一些问题。软件与人工互补的工作方式,可以充分发挥计算机校对软件的积极作用,使计算机校对软件更好地为编辑、校对工作服务。In the process of editing and proofreading, computer software are frequently utilized to identify and cor-rect errors related to words, grammar, and even issues related to politics, ethnic, and religion. Proofreading soft-ware frees us from tedious and repetition work, but it has certain limitation. Total dependence on proofreading soft-ware leads to many problems. Proofreading software can serve better if used as a supplementary means of editing.
