摘　　要：根据国内H2O2生产装置上钯催化剂的使用情况,介绍了目前普遍存在的氢化效率不稳定、降解速度快、催化剂结块及阻力过大等问题,提出了改善操作条件的解决办法,如温度高低、压力大小、工作液流量及循环氢化液流量等。提出了用蒸汽或有机溶剂进行催化剂再生的方法。提出了选择催化剂的几项基本要求。The use of Pd-catalyst in the production of hydrogen peroxide is reviewed.Such problems as unstable hydrogenation efficiency,rapid degradation,caked-catalyst and undesirable pressure-drop in the production are described.The solutions for improving the process conditions,e.g.,temperature,pressure,flow of working solution and recycled hydrogenated-solution are given.The methods for regenerating the catalyst with steam or organic solvents and choosing the catalyst are proposed.
